Doc Wily freestyles on Jay-z Where I'm From

This was always one of my favorite Jay-z records off his second Album In My Life Time Vol 1 "Where im from ". Jay was talk about his neighborhood "Marcy" his city "New York". I just want to talk a bit about my city, my neighborhood and my home.Atlanta were i homed my craft.
